How long do I have to sign up for?
No minimum duration.
When can I get to my belongings?
Gate access to tenants 6am to 9pm, special arrangements may be made upon request.
How much notice must be given when I move out?
As a rule we do not pro-rate. Bill will pro rate if they are less than 7 days into their rent cycle. We will send you the amount to refund on the deposit refund receipt.
Do you offer a mover?
We are happy to recommend moving services.
How can I make a payment?
By selecting pay now at the top right hand corner of your screen for a one time payment, by setting up reoccurring payments on the reserve unit password protected form, by phone, by mail, by using our secure after hours drop box or by visiting our office between the hours of 9 to 3 Monday-Saturday.
What if my account is overdue?
You will be charged a late charge of 10 dollars without notice will be assessed after 6 days past due. Tenants will be not be permitted access to their unit and the facility until their payment is made in full.
