We might just have the tip you need to make the most effective use of your storage space.

  • Can I change my due date?
    No minimum duration. Rentals are on a month to month basis for your convenience. We can chage your due date using a pro-rated cost for the new date. All due date changes will require the difference of days to be payed at the time of the change.
  • What are the gate hours?
    For extra security gate access to tenants is from 6:00AM to 9:00PM daily.
  • How much notice must be given when I move out?
    We require a 10 day notice. In order to recieve full deposit back: We have to recieve 10 day notice Cleared unit Swept No damage to unit Requre returning of locks
  • Do you offer a mover?
    We do not; we are happy to recommend moving services.
  • How can I make a payment?
    Over thephone, mail, using our secure after hours drop box, and by visiting our office.
  • What if my account is overdue?
    You have a five day grace period to make your payment past your due date. On the 6th day of delinquency a $10 late fee will be assessed as well as the unit being overlocked. On the 12th day of delinquency another $10.00 late fee will be assessed to your account. This process will continue each month until payment is made in full. Please note after 30 days of non-payment the unit will start the lien process.
  • What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

  • How much storage do I need?
    See Units for more information or give us a call and our professional on site managers will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect size.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    All major visa master card and discover. american express not accepted. credit cards, checks, cash, or money orders.
  • What security measures do you have?
    Our facility is very secure. You will have comfort in knowing your items are safe as we have 24/7 video surveillance, secure gated facility, and excellent lighting.
